contacts from 1 January, 1993. in HF, and from 1 January 2003. in VHF/UHF/SHF You need points to ern the Award

The QSO's count as follows:

• Each callsign can only be used once.
• The QSL cards need not be annexed, but the copy of LOG must be confirmed by two licensed radio amateurs.
• The fee is 1000HUF, 5 USD, 10 IRC or 7 EURO.
